Delivery
By Nova Poshta to any location in Ukraine — 3–5 days.
(The delivery time may be changed by the Seller.)
Payment
By VISA or MasterCard bank card on our website or upon receipt of the order via cash on delivery.
Quality Inspection
Upon receiving the goods at the post office, you have the right, before paying for the order, to try them on, check, and assess whether the quality of the ordered products meets your expectations. Whether the size and style suit you, and whether they correspond to your expectations.
Return / Exchange of Goods
If the size, color, or other aspects do not suit you, or if you discover other issues, you may return or exchange the goods within 14 days after purchase.
You must call one of these numbers:

and we will arrange the exchange or return of the goods by phone.
Delivery is paid by the Buyer in case of return or exchange of goods.
Refunds or exchanges are carried out within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned goods at the Nova Poshta warehouse. In case of manufacturing defects, we cover the delivery costs.
Return / Exchange Conditions:
- no signs of use of the goods, no stains, no foreign odors;
- presence of tags;
- preserved original appearance.
If signs of use of the goods are found, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
