«A good question is already working».
Nesia Ferdman's book “Rising to the Self”
The book describes step by step the system of personality development in the modern world and is based on the practical research of the author, Nesia Ferdman, which lasted 11 years, during which more than 50 programs (focus groups) were conducted with the participation of more than 1200 people.
Each chapter contains a part of theory, where I describe the degree itself, and a practical part, where the methods with questions are presented, using which you become the main character of this book.
Dear Reader!
The book you hold in your hands is the quintessence of my more than 25 years of experience working with people. I have included the most effective tools, exercises, and techniques that have helped hundreds of my clients find themselves and build the life of their dreams.
The first chapter of the book is dedicated to understanding the importance of getting to know yourself and your history. It contains seven steps that will allow the reader to conduct an "inventory" of their life and understand the origins of their beliefs.
Subsequent chapters reveal three themes that run through the entire book:
- Values and Legacy
- Quality of Life
- Purpose
There are also three areas of focus at each stage of personal development:
- Attitude towards oneself
- Attitude towards loved ones
- Attitude towards the world in general
Each chapter includes practical exercises that will help the reader apply the acquired knowledge in practice and discover themselves.
This book is a set of steps upwards. By reading and performing the practices from the book, you will ascend these steps, finding harmony, self-confidence, and your purpose. You become the hero of the book.
I invite you to an extraordinary journey — a journey within yourself. Through stories, parables, exercises, and meditations, you will learn to listen to your inner voice, unlock your potential, and find your place in the world. This book will be a guide to a life full of meaning and inspiration.
Have a good trip!
Nesia Ferdman
